Coach Walker is entering her third year as athletic director and girls basketball coach at Brentwood Christian School. 

Prior to BCS, coach Walker was the head girls basketball coach at Stony Point High School in Round Rock ISD for seven years and held the same position at Vandegrift High School in Leander ISD for three years prior. She was also an assistant coach at Stony Point and Southwestern University in Georgetown. 

She enters the 2024-25 school year with 175 career girls basketball coaching wins and her leadership within the athletic department aided BCS’ back-to-back TAPPS 4A Henderson Cup championships the past two school years. 

Walker attended and earned her bachelor’s degree at Beloit College, where she also lettered in women’s basketball, women’s soccer and women’s track and field. She shined in basketball, scoring over 1,200 points and finishing her career in the top five of scoring (fifth) and 3-pointers made (second) in program history. She then received her master’s degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Austin. 

Walker is a member at Brentwood Oaks Church of Christ.
