Robert Fleming is the program director for E-Sports at Brentwood Christian School, having launched the concept as head coach back in 2020. Entering his fourth year, Fleming leads the high school and middle school E-Sports teams. 

Fleming graduated from Austin Community College with an Associate Degree in Visual Communications with a Specialization in Game Design. A former content creator manager at BonsaiBroz, Fleming currently is a video game producer for Certain Affinity, a video game development company in Austin which has been in business since 2006. 

He and his wife, Megan, who is a third grade teacher at BCS, attend Highland Village Church of Christ.
