Affectionately known as “Doc,” Demetrius Collins is Brentwood’s athletic trainer for all high school sports. He is entering his sixth year at BCS, and concurrently serves as Assistant Professor of Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. He is also a physical therapist at North Austin Physical Therapy. 

Collins received a bachelor’s degree at Abilene Christian University, followed by his Doctor of Science degree at Texas Tech Health Science Center and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Hardin-Simmons University. 

Originally from Odessa, Texas, Collins is married to his wife, Kristel and has one daughter. He and his family attend Westover Hills Church of Christ.
