The Brentwood Christian School volleyball team had several players named to this year's TAPPS 2-5A All-District Team.
Among them was MVP; junior Claire Montgomery won the honor after a season where she led the team in kills, digs and aces. Her presence on the outside was huge in the Lady Bears earning the district title for the fourth straight season.
Elsewhere, senior Rayen Flandes was named Outstanding Setter. She notched nearly 400 assists and was a key contributor on the right side, as well. She and fellow senior Abigail Kampman were both first team selections. Sophomore Henley Magee, in her first varsity season, was named Newcomer of the Year to the district, while head coach Paula Trejos was honored as Coach of the Year.
